Tim Harrell, Sr.is the President, CEO and founder of Environmental Building Services Inc., Freedom Productions, Studios Inc., and Tim Harrell Global Leadership, Inc. He takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy and development. His clients range in diversity from Sentara Health Systems throughout the Hampton Roads area as well as a broad range of construction contractors such as Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Dow Construction, and CT Darnell Construction vacillating in the areas of Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Tim is a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, he is married to LaRose Harrell of thirty-three (34)years and they boast of three children, Tim Jr., Terrell, Janell, and three grandchildren.(Timera, Azaiah and Taleya).
His clients appreciate his conventional perspectives, and the depth of his “real world” executive experience. He is known amongst his peers and within the community for his extensive background in business networking which has yielded his membership in the Building Services Contractors Association International.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Norfolk Theological Seminary and College as well as Certifications in Leadership on the “Club Level” as an Executive Director from the John Maxwell Team. Within the Hampton Roads community, Tim is known as the “Leadership Specialist,” and Conference Host of the Annual Next Level Leadership Conference of Hampton Roads. He is presently mentoring and coaching community leaders toward a paradigm shift in their leadership development.
